Product Description
This product has features of high efficiency, high precision, high rigidity and excellent cutting performance.
Rectangular guide ways of X, Y and Z axes are hardened to more than HRC52 with good rigidity and anti-vibration performance. This is an important foundation for heavy cutting and high precision cutting.
With a big torque gear box, the main motor power is transmitted through two pairs of gear which bring about automatic changes of two steps of speed...Within each step the speed is infinitely variable. This greatly increases the machine power at low spindle speed.
Through 4 set of taper pins and taper slots, the table can be accurately positioned to ensure table long time stability and precision. The big diameter engaging discs ensure precision indexing and positioning of the table.
Optical rulers are adopted for X, Y and Z axes' position inspection to realize full loop control.

Accessories: Level setting blocks 1 set; Coolant system 1 set; Lubrication system 1 set; Chip conveyor 1 set; Spindle cooling system 1 set.
